Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Rwinlah Tech (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the customer (“Customer,” “you”) regarding the purchase and use of our software products (“Software”).

1.2. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

Software License

2.1. Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes.

2.2. The Software may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software, except to the extent permitted by law.

System Products

3.1. In addition to our standard Software, we offer customizable System Products tailored to meet specific customer requirements. The prices for these System Products vary depending on the modules requested and the complexity of the customization.

3.2. To receive a quote, customers are encouraged to get in touch with us to discuss their specific needs and requirements. Based on this discussion, we will derive a price and issue an invoice for payment.

3.3. Payment must be made in full prior to the delivery of the System Products. Once payment is confirmed, we will provide access to the customized Software and any relevant documentation.

Purchase and Delivery

4.1. You agree to pay the specified purchase price for the Software as listed on our website or in the purchase agreement.

4.2. Once payment is confirmed, we will provide you with access to download the Software and a valid license key or activation code.

4.3. Delivery time is instant to your email address, immediately after successful payment. Since we deal with digital products, it does not matter where you are physically located, as long as you provide a valid email address. There are no charges for this.

Support and Updates

5.1. We offer customer support and software updates. We aim to respond to customer requests within 48 hours. Contact us via info@rwinlahtech.com.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Warranty and Disclaimer

7.1. We provide the Software “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Termination

9.1. We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to the Software at our discretion if you violate this Agreement.

Governing Law

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya. Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Kenya.
